In addition to blue light and timing issues, what we watch on our electronic devices can also affect sleep. Stimulating content such as watching action films or playing exciting games can make it harder to calm down thus affecting sleep.

Electronics bring many benefits to our daily lives, but they can also negatively affect our sleep cycle. To improve our sleep, we should limit the use of electronics before bedtime, avoid using them in the bedroom, and consider using blue-light filtering software or wearing glasses that block blue light. In addition, we should establish a regular sleep schedule and avoid viewing stimulating content late at night. By making these changes, we can improve our sleep quality and overall health.
